Reserving your Spot in Class
PushPress is our current gym management software. This is the system that manages your membership, your billing information, and your attendance. You will need to download their app (iPhone/Android). there is technically a mobile site you can access on a browser, but it’s not a great experience.
- MEMBERSHIP – You are not able to change memberships or cancel on your end. Just send an email to me or to Info@BlackWolfCF.com before your next billing date and we will take care of it.
- PROFILE
- BILLING INFO – You are able to pay via credit or debit card, by ACH, or by Stripe Link. Whatever works best for you. To change your billing info just open the app, click on the settings icon (the little gear to the right of your name), select Payments, and make the changes you need.
- EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO – If you have not done so already, please add an emergency contact to your profile. You can do this by going to Settings (the little gear again) –> Profile –> Scroll down to input Emergency Contact.
- BIRTHDAY – Please make sure your birthday is input correctly as we do like to make sure we tell you Happy Birthday. You can
- RESERVING & ATTENDANCE TRACKING
- SAVE YOUR SPOT – You are able to reserve your spot in class by clicking on Schedule at the bottom of your screen. Then go to Classes at the top of your screen and it will show you what is available on whatever day you are looking at. Select the class then select Reserve and you are good to go.
Workout Tracking
Beyond the Whiteboard is the software we use for performance tracking (i.e. workout tracking) and this is a complimentary service for Black Wolf athletes. Download the app (iPhone/Android) and when registering, enter the code BLAC575 which will give you the service for free.
We track our workouts because we want to make sure we are making progress. Progress can look different for different people in different seasons of life, but being able to see the numbers improve help to keep us going and keep us focused.
Even if you are a casual athlete, you will appreciate having the data from last year when we retest a workout this year. It’s fun to see how you did.
Goal Reviews & InBody Body Composition Scans
Black Wolf athletes have access to complimentary body composition scans and Goal Review sessions.
InBody Scan
The InBody scan produces a result sheet that will show you a number of data points related to your body composition. A few we use in our Lifestyle & Nutrition program include body weight, body fat percentage (Optimal is 10%-20% for Men & 18%-28% for Females), lean body mass, and Basal Metabolic Rate among many other data points.
The scan only requires bare hands and bare feet and it takes less than 60% to complete. The result sheet prints automatically and you are able to take that with you.
To get the best reading, ideally you would follow these guidelines:
- Do not eat for 2 hours before the scan
- Do not drink large amounts of fluid the hour leading up to the scan
- Do not workout before the scan (after is fine obviously)
- Clean your hands and feet to get the best possible reading
Goal Review Session
Goal Reviews are complimentary 30 minute meetings where we sit down to discuss what you want to work towards or to simply discuss your experience so far. You will leave your Goal Review with actual action steps that will take you toward whatever goals we establish for you.
Ideally you will have a semi recent InBody Scan done before we meet just so we have as much data as possible.
Athletes are encouraged to schedule these as often as every quarter but at a minimum we will sit down annually to touch base. If you would like to schedule your next Goal Review, you are able to do that here.
Retail Purchases
There may come a time where you’d like to grab your first Black Wolf shirt, or maybe you need a little caffeine before your workout and you’d like a can of Celcius or a can of NOCCO.
Grab whatever you would like and then document it on the clipboard that hangs inside of the Ready Room. First name and last initial is really all I need to know who you are. And you can just note the basics of whatever you grab (ex. Men’s Tshirt or 1 NOCCO). I run the retail transactions twice a month and I just use whatever card or account you have on your PushPress profile.
Referral Program
The people who choose to workout here are what make this place pretty great.
The simplest way to guarantee that we maintain that culture is to continue to build this place around people who demonstrate those same values. And the quickest path to them is through you, the awesome people who are here.

For those who are less eager to share this place with others in their life, no worries. It’s nice having our own thing. This program simply exists for the cases where sharing is something you’d want to do.
The Black Wolf Event Calendar
Making friends as an adult is hard. And experiencing new things may not always be a priority because of how busy life is. The event calendar exists to try to remedy that.
We host happy hours, Saturday morning brunches, private workout classes at other studios, tours, and other activities throughout the year. You can see what’s coming up on the cork board in the Ready Room at the gym, or in the weekly The Week Ahead email.
